China is poised to bolster its security collaboration with African nations, as announced by Chinese Defense Minister Dong Jun during the 4th China-Africa Peace and Security Forum held in Beijing on Thursday. This move is part of a broader strategy to enhance stable economic growth and strengthen defense ties on the continent.

Addressing the forum, which was attended by military representatives and diplomats from the African Union and 41 African countries, Dong highlighted the longstanding defense relationships between China and Africa.
